Pulford, with NitroPlus, offer a full range of nitrogen inflation systems catering for every customer’s requirement. From the largest truck tyre store to the owner operator, NitroPlus has a system to best suit our customer’s requirements and budget.

NitroPlus systems start from car systems catering for 6-10 car tyres per hour – up to truck nitrogen inflation systems capable of 40 truck tyres per hour.

Car Inflation Systems

Eco300

The Eco300 offers tyre stores a great package to set up nitrogen in their stores. With ample flow, great enough to handle all car tyre filling requirements, the eco300 gives tyres stores a great opportunity to install nitrogen in their business and add value to their customers. Available as both stand alone and integrated system.

Speed650

The Speed650 allows for both car and limited truck nitrogen filling. With a flow rate of 11cfm, the speed650 has the capacity to do up to 65 car tyres per hour and up to 6 truck tyres per hour. Available as both stand alone and integrated system.

Max950

Max950 give customers the ability to fill both car and truck tyre filling. With capacity in excess of 90 tyres per hour for cars and 9 truck tyres per hour, the max950 offers small to medium tyres stores and fleet operators all the nitrogen they need. Available as both stand alone and integrated system.

N2P0300

N2P0300 is the first of our stand alone systems, mounted on two storage tanks with integrated filtration and refridgerator dryer, coupled to our Pulford mini power screw compressor, the N2P0300 offers a stand alone package ready to “plug in”. This system is designed for car tyres only with approximate capacity of 30 tyres per hour.

Truck Inflation Systems

N2P1000

N2P1000 mounted on two storage tanks with integrated filtration and refridgerator dryer, coupled to our Pulford KS10 rotary screw compressor, the N2P1000 offers a stand alone package ready to “plug in”. This system is designed for both car and truck tyres with approximate capacity of 70 car tyres per hour and 10 truck tyres per hour.

N2P2000

N2P2000 mounted on two storage tanks with integrated filtration and refridgerator dryer, coupled to our Pulford KS18 rotary screw compressor, the N2P2000 offers a stand alone package ready to “plug in”. This system is designed primarily for truck tyres with approximate capacity of 20 truck tyres per hour and unlimited capacity for car tyre inflation.

N2P3000

N2P3000 mounted on two storage tanks with integrated filtration and refridgerator dryer, coupled to our Pulford KS22 rotary screw compressor, the N2P3000 offers a stand alone package ready to “plug in”. This system is designed primarily for truck tyres with approximate capacity of 28 truck tyres per hour and unlimited capacity for car tyre inflation.

N2P4000

N2P4000 Pulford’s largest Nitroplus system offers an integrated system with two large storage tanks with integrated filtration and refridgerator dryer. Coupled to our Pulford KS28 rotary screw compressor, the N2P4000 offers a compete integrated package ready to be installed. This system is designed primarily for truck tyres with approximate capacity of 38 truck tyres per hour and unlimited capacity for car tyre inflation.

Mobile Inflation Systems

N2P3000M

N2P3000M unique mobile Nitroplus system offer the capacity to fill up to 28 truck tyres per hour in a mobile system. Either mounted in a custom-made trailer or mounted on a truck, the mobile Nitroplus gives customers the flexibility to fill tyres with nitrogen in all sites and applications.

All systems are offered in both stand alone self contained systems or integrated systems designed to fit in with the customer’s current air system.
